For extensive research purposes GICON has erected a large-scale research facility in Cottbus. In this research and development center, further optimization of the GICON biogas process is being carried out. In addition, through the execution of project-specific prepatory test trials with original material, a high degree of security for the design and planning of each client's plants can be achieved. With the current test facility, systematic design of batch tests in several barrel arrays up to large-scale container tests can be implemented. This enables the generation of a reliable basis for planning. Through use of this systematic procedure, a guarantee for gas yield can be ensured.
