• Other industrial and commercial sites with complex requirements for compliance with environmental standards

Early stage consideration of location factors such as

• Infrastructure conditions (media, transportation)
• Ownership situation
• Inventory and zoning plans (land use plan, zoning)
• Geology, hydrogeology, climate protection and nature conservation, abandoned mines

and involvement of public administrative and permitting authorities in the project planning and development process identifies and reduces investment obstacles; this is the key role of regional planning.
