The sustainable development of complex industrial areas presumes the eco-friendly and energy efficient use of the existing available resources. Accordingly, the investigation and remediation of contamination in soil and water for complex industrial contamination requires individually-tailored methods for risk assessment, derivation of remediation requirements, and remediation as well as management.
For this, the Department of Megasites offers combined engineering and management services, as part of the revitalization and remediation, which rest on decades of experience in the handling of megasites.
