I.M.E.S. are consulting engineers providing the transfer of innovative technologies to the field of soil and groundwater conservation. Their focus lies on planning services in the utilization of reactive walls as well as numerical groundwater flow and reactive transport modeling. The company, based in Amtzell, Baden-Württemberg, has acquired the exclusive license to use zero-valency iron for passive in-situ dehalogenation of VHHs in contaminated groundwater.

Behind I.M.E.S. is the scientific and technical know-how of the company's partners – several of whom are leading professors from various universities and the CEO Dr. Hermann Schad.
