Department: Approval Planning

The Department of Approval Planning is engaged in the preparation of permit applications according to requirements of German and European environmental law, especially immision protection law, building law, mining law, and water rights.

With consideration to the best available technology, site conditions, and legal requirements, optimal technical concepts for plant operators will be developed and tested, and the corresponding certification requirements derived and submitted.  

Through the experience of handling of more than 500 certification applications at GICON, comprehensive knowlegde of all certifcation needs in the branches of industry and business exists.
