Department: Exploration / Monitoring

The use of innovative exploration methods for subsurface analyses with consideration of its structure and composition is a basic assumption for resilient status quo analysis and process identification.  On this basis, the transfer of information ensues at GICON, leading to a decision-oriented and process-oriented monitoring of the changes taking place in the surface water, subsurface water, and groundwater zones, with consideration to amount and composition.

In connection with the Department of Modeling, monitoring network operation plans will be prepared which, considering the sampling interval and the analysis program, enable optimized monitoring quality and consistency without knowledge gaps.  The model task work plans for sampling and analyses enable comprehensive quality assurance.  Intelligent data management looks after efficient data flow from the data collection to the data validation and processing to the decision-making point.
